Job Summary: We areseekingan experienced and passionate Barista to join our bar team.
This role is for someone who takes pride in crafting exceptional coffee and delivering outstanding guest experience.
The successful candidate will need todemonstrateexpert knowledge of coffee, strong barista skills, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
This position will primarily involve morning shifts, with occasional afternoon and evening shifts to support the wider bar and hospitality team whenrequired.
KeyResponsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range ofhigh-qualitycoffee beverages to a consistent standard Demonstrate expert knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and extraction techniques Operate andmaintainespresso machines,grindersand other coffee equipment Ensure excellent presentation of all beverages Deliver exceptional guest services and create a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness and organisation of coffee and bar service area Monitor stock levels of coffee/teas, milk and other supplies and report when replenishment isrequired Support the wider bar team during busy periods, including assisting with general bar service whenrequired This job description is not intended to be either prescriptive orexhaustive,it is issued as a framework to outlinemain areasof responsibility at the time of writing.
