À propos

Your Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Lead UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the design of complicated and expansive user experiences for our digital products that need to be intuitive, accessible, and engaging. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to solve complex problems and turn them into elegant, user-centered solutions. At this level, coordinating with teams of teams and driving alignment on complex experiences will be a critical aspect of this role.
Through a variety of methodologies, we support product teams that build configurable features and capabilities to continually drive an enhanced end-user experience and greater business performance. We do this by:
• Understanding the motivations and needs of our millions of customers-and building design solutions that best serve them
• Collaborating with business and brand partners to create technology, capabilities, and processes that allow for efficient set-up, monitoring, and management of their digital experiences
• Advocating for the learnability, efficiency, memorability, and desirability of new or enhanced features and functionality across the breadth of the user journey
• Operating within a Lean/Agile development process that allows us to launch and learn quickly
• In addition, how we build solutions is as equally important to what we build. Designers are expected to advocate for, and design within, a systems-based methodology that allows for configurability, customization, and specialization of re-usable components that enables scalability and quality.
Why You Belong Here
At Victoria's Secret & Co, you'll join a world-leading specialty retail brand recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion. You'll work alongside industry leaders to set the standard for what a retail brand can achieve, placing customers at the center of everything we do to create products and experiences that bring them joy.
We believe everyone deserves a place where they truly belong. We celebrate individuality and know that your passion, experience, and unique perspective strengthen our team and business. Here, you'll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.

• Use, contribute to, and advocate for a systems-based design methodology that is designed to support multi-tenant implementations of solutions
• Support user research and testing by gathering assumptions and writing hypotheses, contributing to questions and scenarios for tests with the Research team, and observe sessions to help extract key learns for both your area of focus and the user journey at large
• Access, understand, and utilize site data and metrics to help validate the success of an implemented design and to inform new solutions
• Work side-by-side with Front End Development and Back End Development to build and validate all visual/functional enhancements
• Present solutions to cross-functional and brand partners, clearly articulating the UX design principles and methodologies that informs the work
• Participate in our annual North Star process and roadmap development with your product team to ensure strategic direction is aligned to user needs and design best practices
