Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Sort, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Team player mentality with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
