We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for our Fort Worth, Texas distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the movement, storage, and processing of goods. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of inventory and timely fulfillment of orders. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, moving materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Follow work instructions and meet productivity goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively with others.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
