Job Summary:
Become a key player in our logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, California! We are seeking dependable and energetic individuals to support various functions within our busy warehouse. This comprehensive role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving and stocking inventory, fulfilling orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the facility. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of goods through our supply chain. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all associates must strictly adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical capability, including regular lifting and moving of materials, as well as stamina for standing and walking for extended periods. Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts (certification preferred) and pallet jacks is a significant plus. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Support overall warehouse operations and team goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
