We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are committed to a safe and productive work environment, so adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Sort and store inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items from shelves using appropriate equipment.
- Package orders securely and accurately for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to management.
This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we are willing to train dedicated individuals.
