Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in San Jose, California, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is critical to our overall logistics network, encompassing a range of duties from receiving and stocking to order picking and preparing shipments. We are looking for motivated individuals who are committed to Safety and efficiency. You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction. We provide all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as assigned.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Be proficient in lifting and moving of goods as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
