Join our innovative logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your accuracy and efficiency are essential to meeting our service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of regular Lifting and carrying (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
