Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments for transportation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and tracking.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist with other distribution center duties as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and instructions.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks like standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety, including understanding and using PPE correctly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic in the logistics field.
