Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret pick lists or use scanning devices to locate items in the warehouse.
- Select the correct products and quantities as specified on customer orders.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Pack items efficiently using appropriate materials, ensuring they are protected for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Comply with all safety regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet established targets for productivity and accuracy.
- Be able to perform tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse operations.
