Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and record-keeping.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs related to logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
