Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including lifting techniques and PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs related to logistics and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
