Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training and certification provided where applicable).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Wear and properly utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including safe Lifting practices.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency through timely and accurate order processing.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong commitment to Safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
