Join our Omaha, Nebraska facility as a Warehouse Associate! We're looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will work as part of a collaborative team, striving to meet daily operational goals. We emphasize organization, efficiency, and adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the logistics industry and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Inspect products for damages or defects.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare and load orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all Safety rules and regulations, and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting.
- Support the overall logistics of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Must be able to perform moderate Lifting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to Safety and teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
