We are seeking a motivated Material Handler to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position is fundamental to the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting, possess good physical stamina, and be committed to upholding high standards of Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to transport goods.
- Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Ensure all materials are stored correctly and in their designated locations.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in loading trucks for outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing warehouse layout and efficiency.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and Safety procedures. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Must possess good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
