Become a key player in our Minneapolis warehouse operations as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with a variety of tasks essential to our logistics workflow. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the efficient movement of products throughout the facility. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to overall operational efficiency. A strong commitment to safety, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to handle lifting and moving of materials. We value teamwork and encourage proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store inventory accurately and efficiently in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Participate in team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
