Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package products securely and appropriately for safe transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and guidelines.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a related warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for handling products and packing materials.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and basic logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE, such as gloves and eye protection.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
