Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, contributing to efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This position demands attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physical tasks. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Our commitment to Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. This role involves significant physical activity, including substantial Lifting, and requires the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate locations using inventory systems.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and PPE.
  • Contribute to the overall productivity and success of the logistics team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
