We are actively seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our expanding operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is central to the effective functioning of our logistics and distribution network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Our warehouse environment is dynamic and requires individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to safety. You will be provided with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being during physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately place items into designated storage locations.
- Pick items for orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
