We are hiring enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our busy **logistics** center in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and speed as you select items and prepare them for shipment. Your attention to detail is paramount to ensure that customers receive exactly what they ordered. You will work within a structured environment that emphasizes **Safety** and efficiency. Expect regular **Lifting** and movement throughout your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret pick tickets or electronic scanner data to locate products.
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves and bins.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, using designated materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing quotas.
- Wear required **PPE**, including **PPE** such as **Safety** vests and gloves.
- Assist with other warehouse duties and **logistics** tasks as assigned.
- Perform **Lifting** of products up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive **Lifting** tasks.
- Good understanding of **logistics** principles is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to all **Safety** regulations and procedures.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
