Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members in a dynamic logistics environment, following all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but we are keen to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Assist in preparing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Support overall warehouse operations and logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
