Become a vital part of our logistics operations as a Picker/Packer in our Richmond, Virginia distribution center. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position requires the ability to work at a steady pace and involves significant Lifting and moving of items. A strong focus on Safety is paramount, and all team members are expected to follow established safety procedures and utilize the provided PPE consistently. You will be trained on our order fulfillment systems and best practices for product handling and packaging. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A good understanding of warehouse procedures is beneficial.
