Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Distribution Center Associate in Boise, Idaho! In this versatile role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics hub by performing a range of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals with a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, handling various types of products and utilizing warehouse equipment. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform repetitive lifting, and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Your role is essential in ensuring our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. A focus on safety, including the proper use of PPE, is paramount in all activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all logistics and company guidelines for smooth operations.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
