This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and preparing items for outgoing shipments. This involves navigating the warehouse using RF scanners or pick sheets, ensuring correct item counts and product quality. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and orders.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Strong attention to detail.
