Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Package products with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against customer orders.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or packing is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks involving regular lifting, standing, and walking.
- Comfortable working in a busy logistics setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
