Join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts as an Order Picker! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for our busy logistics operation. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their items quickly and correctly. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating products using RF scanners or pick lists, and preparing them for shipment. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We emphasize safety in all our operations; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, is essential for this role.
