You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Key duties include loading and unloading trucks, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, is physically capable of performing manual labor, and prioritizes Safety in all tasks. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas.
- Prepare materials for shipment or further processing.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep.
- Ensure proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Understanding of Safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
