Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order lists.
- Package items securely for safe transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the packing station.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Meet performance targets for speed and accuracy.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking and packing is preferred.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as scanners.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
