This is a senior role, offering the opportunity to lead BIM strategy and mentor a growing team while working on high-quality projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with ISO 19650.
Coordinate digital models across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
Oversee model development, clash detection, and information exchange throughout project lifecycles.
Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to architects, technologists, and project managers.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements while supporting sustainable, innovative design solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design processes, keeping ahead of industry developments.
Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years experience delivering projects in a BIM environment.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination methods.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high technical standards.
