Position Summary

The Flex Team Associate is a cross-trained team member responsible for learning and performing a variety of tasks across multiple departments within the TCI Flex Team Portfolio. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to meet established production rate and quality standards while supporting operational coverage needs.

• Learn and competently perform all tasks within the TCI Flex Team Portfolio, including Load, Unload, Paint, Warehouse, Rack, and Computer/Verifier functions.

• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations for each assigned area.

• Track and complete labor sheets accurately for each work assignment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in all departments assigned.

• Perform required cleaning standards per work area guidelines.

• Adjust work hours and shift assignments as needed to meet production and coverage demands.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to train and work in multiple operational areas.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and coverage.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a hi-lo (forklift) license.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Basic computer skills (for Computer/Verifier tasks).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Dependable with strong attendance record.

• Flexible schedule availability.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to (insert weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs) as needed.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures depending on department.
