Warehouse Associate – CRL Liquidation (Akron, OH)

CRL Liquidation is a rapidly growing family-owned liquidation warehouse located in Akron, Ohio. We specialize in wholesale pallets, truckloads, and mystery boxes from major retailers. Position Summary


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading trucks, moving inventory, building pallets, staging product, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. This role requires forklift experience, physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.



Key Responsibilities


Loading & Unloading

 • Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks

 • Move pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor

 • Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality


Inventory Handling

 • Build, wrap, and stage pallets based on company standards

 • Sort, organize, and move boxes weighing 40–75+ lbs

 • Assist with counting and organizing incoming product

 • Maintain accurate placement of inventory throughout the warehouse


General Warehouse Operations

 • Work collaboratively to complete daily and weekly workload goals

 • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

 • Follow all warehouse safety practices and company procedures

 • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned

 • Use basic tools and equipment as needed


Teamwork & Communication

 • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

 • Support a positive, hard-working team culture

 • Help create an efficient environment where everyone succeeds



Required Qualifications

 • Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality

 • Forklift driving experience (certification preferred)

 • Previous warehouse, labor, or production experience

 • Ability to lift and move heavy items repetitively (up to 75+ lbs)

 • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the majority of the shift

 • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

 • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

 • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic



Preferred Qualifications

 • Forklift certification

 • Experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment

 • Knowledge of pallet building, wrapping, or freight staging

 • Experience loading/unloading semi trucks
