About Greasecycle

Greasecycle is a fast-growing, family-owned environmental services company ranked on the Inc. 5000 list and currently #16 in Environmental Services nationally. We’re building smarter systems, cleaner processes, and stronger teams—one operation at a time.

We operate on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), where accountability, measurable performance, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Production Support Specialist to support daily operations across both yard logistics and in-plant processing systems .

This is a hands-on, production-focused role that rotates weekly between outdoor and indoor operations. If you like structured work, staying busy, and being part of a system that keeps things moving—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Week Rotation 1: Yard & Production Operations

  • Receive and direct 3rd-party drivers
  • Offload and load trailers safely and efficiently
  • Monitor and manage tank levels and cooking oil storage systems
  • Clean and recondition used cooking oil (UCO) containers
  • Maintain a clean, organized yard and production area

Week Rotation 2: Plant Operations

  • Operate and support:
    • DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system
    • Centrifuge
    • Dewatering trailer
    • Air scrubber system
  • Monitor processes and assist with adjustments
  • Perform basic quality testing on emulsions and UCO loads
  • Accurately document results and system performance

Daily Expectations (Both Rotations)

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Complete end-of-shift shutdown checklists
  • Document any issues, changes, or abnormalities
  • Work as part of a team-driven production environment

What You Bring

Required:

  • 2+ years operating a DAF system in a physical/chemical wastewater environment

Preferred:

  • 4+ years experience in a wastewater treatment facility
  • Experience in industrial, plant, or production environments
  • Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work conditions
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)

This Role is For You If:

  • You like structured, repeatable work
  • You take pride in keeping operations running smoothly
  • You’re comfortable working both outdoors and inside a plant
  • You’re reliable, hands-on, and self-motivated
  • You align with our core values: Humble, Scrappy, Gritty, Thoughtfully Decisive

This Role is NOT for You If:

  • You want a desk job or low-activity role
  • You don’t enjoy physical, hands-on work
  • You struggle with accountability or consistency

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Full-time position with growth opportunities

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to keeping our production flow efficient, safe, and consistent —from managing inbound material to supporting plant processing systems.
