This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes when you do your taxes come time. This job isn’t for everybody because of that. Our schedule is sometimes off and on due to our shipping schedules across seas. We would love for veterans to apply, as we our a small military family based company. Pay is based on experience with warehouse work, inventory, shipping, receiving, use of WhatsApp, heat press, driving box truck with lift gate, use of pallet jack, labeling, tagging apparel and more. We also prefer employees who live closer to our warehouse in Clearwater. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for fulfillment and shipping.
• Operate pallet jacks to safely transport inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Lift and move boxes weighing 20-50 lbs comfortably and repeatedly as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with inventory checks and other tasks to support timely order processing.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (verification required).
• Proven ability to lift and handle 20-50 lbs without assistance.
• Experience operating a pallet jack (certification a plus).
• Conversational proficiency in English for effective communication with team members.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible schedule, with availability to adjust based on workload needs.
• Experiance with the use of a Heat press and transfers.
