Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Knafl Insurance Agency and its services.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services.

Schedule appointments and gather essential information from interested prospects for our sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.


Requirements

Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales context.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

A positive and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection gracefully.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage lead information.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Must Be Bilingual
