Position Overview

We are hiring Solar Appointment Setters to help start conversations with homeowners and schedule qualified solar consultations.

You are not closing deals
You are setting appointments for our closing team

This is a simple, repeatable role with full training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Talk to homeowners about rising energy costs
• Use a simple script (provided)
• Ask basic qualifying questions
• Set appointments for solar consultations
• Track activity inside our system
