Job Description
Marketing lead for local financial services firm,
Must be willing to cover geographical area ranging from Rocklin to Colfax as we have physical offices in both cities. Boots on the ground marketing required with in person meetings and educational presentations mandatory. Ability to answer questions on offerings is absolutely necessary along with technical ability to create digital marketing efforts.
We do Tax, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Bookkeeping etc. These are the products and services you will be representing,
Part Time or Full Time with some remote work available. W2 or 1099 opportunity with ability to earn high bonus and commissions,
Minimal Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote and educate on our diverse financial products and services.
- Brand Promotion: Strengthen the brand identity and online presence. Expand on local opportunities and create nationwide marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and email campaigns, grass roots and boots on the ground marketing programs.
- Advertising: Manage advertising campaigns across various media, including digital (Google Ads, social media), and event-based marketing.
- Events & Promotions: Plan and coordinate in person and web based events, such as home and trade shows, local in person seminars, webinars etc.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with other team members to create marketing materials that drive traffic and lead generation.
- Customer Engagement: Use customer insights and feedback to develop targeted marketing strategies aimed at both attracting new customers and retaining loyal ones.
- Budget Management: Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with firm goals.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram advertising, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and current marketing trends and technology.
- Individual and creative thinking with the ability to execute impactful and timely marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools like MailChimp or HubSpot.
