About the Role:

We’re an independent insurance agency looking for a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our client service team.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle client requests related to policy changes, billing, and coverage
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation
• Use Applied Epic and carrier portals for daily servicing tasks
• Communicate with carriers to resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Prior experience in a service or CSR role within insurance
• Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar AMS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Clear, professional communication skills
