Responsibilities
Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and their goals
Be an aggressive performer who is competitive and coachable
Prospect and generate new business through warm leads, referral sources provided by your Mentor Agent, marketing and networking
Be outstanding at relationship building
Meet sales goals set by you and your Mentor Agent
Attend University of Farmers online training as well as District provided training and coaching
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Possess or obtain a Property & Casualty PA License
Possess or obtain, within 45 days of hire, a PA Life, Accident, Health Insurance license
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Pass a criminal and financial background check
