Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician
in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
to join our established outpatient practice. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications MD or DO with active Illinois medical license (or in process) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
