Required Clinical Pathology Procedures: Hematology,Microbiology,Chemistry/Serology,Blood Bank Additional Required Procedures: Attend and give immediate adequacy statements for fine needle aspirations Documentation System/EMR: CoPath Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
