Position Highlights
$450,000 guaranteed Year 1 compensation plus signing bonus
No ramp-up immediate procedural volume
Uncapped productivity upside starting Year 2
Clear equity pathway in both the practice and affiliated surgical facility
No mandatory call (optional paid hospital call available)

Ability to tailor scope mix and clinic schedule

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship
