Job Description
Join a community hospital in SW Chicago eager to establish a permanent ENT practice. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. This is a rare opportunity to shape and build a comprehensive program from the ground up — with strong hospital support and the autonomy to influence equipment purchases, clinic structure, and service offerings.
About the Opportunity: Currently, ENT services are provided part-time by a university-affiliated physician. The hospital now seeks to employ its own Otolaryngologists to meet growing patient demand and expand access to ENT care in the region. You’ll have an opportunity to practice a broad range of cases and tailor the scope to your interests.
Position Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends required Call: Negotiable Cases: General ENT, tracheostomies, thyroids, parathyroids, and related procedures Facilities: Well-equipped hospital with ENT instrumentation in place; additional equipment available based on your input and needs Patient Volume: To be determined based on your practice design and hospital growth Exclusive opportunity to establish and lead ENT services within a supportive community setting Candidate Profile: BC/BE in Otolaryngology 2026 graduates, welcome to apply J-1 visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Negotiable based on experience Competitive benefits package, relocation assistance, and potential for sign-on bonus Why Join Us: This is an ideal role for an ENT who wants to make an immediate and lasting impact — combining the stability of hospital employment with the excitement of program development. Enjoy autonomy, work-life balance, and a close-knit medical community committed to patient care.
