This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive eye care in a close-knit rural community.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose a wide range of eye diseases and conditionsConduct surgical procedures including cataract extraction, glaucoma management, and laser treatmentsPrescribe corrective lenses and pharmaceutical treatmentsEducate patients on preventive eye care and post-treatment plansCollaborate with a multidisciplinary medical teamSupport community outreach initiatives for eye health awarenessQualifications:MD or DO with a completed residency in OphthalmologyBoard certification or eligibility in OphthalmologyUnrestricted medical license in Montana or ability to obtainStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for serving rural and underserved populationsComfortable working independently and within a team
