Insurance Sales Agent (Medicare) – Inbound Calls | Uncapped Earnings

Location: Remote / Utah-based preferred
Compensation: Uncapped commission (Top reps: $10K–$20K+/month)

This is NOT cold calling . You’ll be taking inbound calls from qualified prospects and closing deals in a straightforward, high-trust sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take inbound calls from pre-qualified leads (no cold outreach)
• Help clients understand and enroll in Medicare insurance plans
• Close deals in a simple, consultative sales process
• Follow up with prospects when needed to finalize enrollments
• Track activity and performance (we’re competitive — in a good way)

Compensation

• Typical reps: $8K–$15K/month
• Top performers: $20K+/month
