We are seeking a Licensed Property And Casualty Insurance Agent  to join our team! You will be responsible for providing excellent service to the agencies policyholders.

This position will train in person and then hybrid / remote work negotiable.

Role Objective

We are seeking a Licensed Property and Casualty CSR to be the primary point of contact for our personal and commercial lines clients. You will manage the daily service needs of our policyholders, ensuring they receive the "Independent Advantage" through professional advice, timely policy maintenance, and advocacy during the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy: Provide "extraordinary" service to Maryland and Virginia policyholders, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Policy Maintenance: Process policy changes (endorsements), issue certificates of insurance (COIs), and provide auto ID cards or evidence of property insurance.
• Carrier Navigation: Utilize carrier portals—specifically Erie Insurance , Progressive, and others—to quote, bind, and service policies.
