Ravinia Reading Centers are the only reading centers in the world owned and staffed exclusively by speech-language pathologists, and we're looking for strong CCC-SLPs to join our practice. New hires will learn to integrate etymology, morphology and phonology (i.e., the different ways our writing system represents language), in order to provide effective therapeutic intervention to children with reading disorders. Training and clinical guidance will be provided by Director Traci Tague, M.A., CCC-SLP. We are currently looking for SLPs at both our North Shore (Northbrook) and Chicago (Lincoln Park) locations that would like to work part-time. Schedules typically include Sunday daytime and one or two weekday (Monday-Thursday) evenings.
Ravinia Reading Center offers an starting hourly rate of $44.00. We have pleasant and intelligent work environments, convenient Metra and CTA Access, and the beautiful surroundings in both Northbrook, IL, and the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago!
