Job Description

Job Title: Fill & Pack
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team at the Bandini location. This position involves handling, packing, and preparing heavier products for shipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to follow directions while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times.

Assignment Type: Temporary / Ongoing Work
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Morning Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Employees are expected to arrive on time, be prepared to begin work at the start of their shift, and maintain consistent productivity throughout the day. Flexibility to support business needs, including weekends, is important.
Job Duties:

• Pack and handle heavy materials with care and efficiency
• Prepare products for shipment while meeting packaging standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items on a consistent basis
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Dress Code and Safety Requirements:

• All black attire required; no accessories permitted
• Steel-toe shoes are mandatory
• Orange safety vest and safety glasses must be worn at all times
• Picture ID badge and door access card required per location
