Full-Time Meat Counter Clerk

Suffield Village Market – Suffield, CT

Join our team and provide top-tier service and quality cuts to our local community! We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to maintain our fresh meat cases and assist neighbors with their meal selections.

Core Responsibilities

• Service: Greet customers, take custom orders, and offer cooking tips.
  
• Preparation: Trim, portion, and package poultry, pork, and beef.
  
• Display: Keep the service case stocked, labeled, and rotated (FIFO).
  
• Safety: Maintain a spotless workspace and follow all food safety protocols.
  

Requirements

• Age: Must be 18+ years old (per CT/Federal labor laws for machinery).
  
• Skills: Previous deli or meat experience preferred; passion for food required.
  
• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment.
  
• Schedule: Full-time availability.
