Job Title: Commissary Manager

Location: (Rogue River)
Schedule: 5-6 days a week, primarily between 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (including weekends)
Reports To: Commissary Employee

The Commissary Worker plays a vital role in supporting daily food production and operations in a fast-paced commissary environment. This position involves preparing, assembling, and packaging food items while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Assist in the preparation, portioning, and packaging of food and beverage items according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and storage areas.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations.

• Receive, store, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

• Operate kitchen and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support other commissary tasks as needed to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.

• Valid Food Handler’s Certification (required)

• Valid OLCC Certification (required)

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Fast-paced, production-oriented commissary kitchen

• Requires standing for most of the shift and handling various kitchen tools and equipment

• Exposure to temperature variations (refrigeration/freezer areas and hot prep areas)
