Job Description

Mid Shift 10:30am to 7pm,

Warehouse and manufacturing worker  responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory, as well as assisting in product assembly or material handling. Key duties include picking and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, operating basic equipment like pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates must typically be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow strict safety protocols.

Core Responsibilities

• Logistics & Inventory:  Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; verify deliveries against stock records.
• Order Fulfillment:  Pick, pack, label, and seal products for outgoing shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Material Handling:  Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Maintenance & Safety:  Keep work areas, aisles, and docks hazard-free; adhere to all company safety and quality standards.
• Manufacturing Support:  Assist with production line tasks, monitor machine operations, or perform basic assembly/packaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina:  Ability to stand for full shifts and lift 50+ pounds consistently.
• Reliability:  Strong work ethic with a focus on punctual attendance and meeting daily productivity quotas.
• Basic Competencies:  Fundamental math skills, ability to read and follow written instructions, and basic computer/scanning skills for inventory tracking
