Warehouse Associate - Pick, Pack & Inventory

Job Description

Location: Sarasota area
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week
Type: Independent / Self-managed role

Overview
We’re looking for a reliable warehouse associate to handle daily order fulfillment and inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays organized, and is comfortable using computers and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and ship packages using shipping platforms (USPS, UPS, etc.)

• Manage and update inventory levels

• Receive incoming shipments and organize stock

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace

• Track inventory and orders through computer systems and platforms

• Report inventory discrepancies or supply needs

Requirements

• Must live in the Sarasota area and be able to commute to the warehouse

• Comfortable using computers and online systems

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks

• Reliable and responsible

• Able to lift and move boxes (up to ~40 lbs)

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with shipping or warehouse work is a plus

• Familiar with shipping or inventory platforms

• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision
